The V2X Interface is an electronic control unit (ECU) that can be used as both Roadside unit (RSU), and Onboard unit (OBU). Supports both C-V2X and ITS-G5 (DSRC) and contains a full V2X stack. The ECU offers 1 Gigabit Ethernet port, 1 CAN channel with CAN FD support, 4G/LTE, and GNSS.

The V2X Interface contains the V2X software stack including the facility layer, and supports transmission and reception of the following message types: CAM, DENM, SPATEM, MAPEM, IVIM, SREM, SSEM, RTCMEM, and CPM, as well as Release 2 types: CAM, DENM , CPM, VAM, POIM.
On top of our V2X stack, users can develop their own applications either in Python or C language.
The device can also be used as a V2X communication sniffer – All received V2X messages are forwarded over Ethernet port to a user’s system. The V2X Analyser application can be used to monitor, diagnose, and export captured messages.
